Alex O'Neil or also known as Ayokay is a Los Angeles-based DJ/Producer known for its effusive pop, hip-hop, and R&B-influenced EDM.

Alex is a Grosse Pointe, Michigan native and first began making music  in his senior year of high school collaborating with longtime friend Mike Temrowski (also known as Quinn XCII). They both continue developing their sound while studying, Alex in University of Michigan and Mike in Michigan State University.

In 2016, they released "King of Summer," which was quickly adopted as Texas Rangers outfielder Ian Desmond's "walk-up" song.

The song helped them land a deal with Columbia Records.

Later on, he released a solo single 'Shine' featuring Chelsea Cutler.

His full-length album, In The Shape of a Dream, was released in 2018 which include singles "Sleepless Nights" featuring Nightly, and "Stay with Me" featuring Jeremy Zucker. His song "Things Fall Apart" was released in June 2019.
